What was the family’s main goal for this pool? How was it accomplished?

Trevor Brents: The home owner wanted a backyard design for the whole family. They wanted a really nice freeform pool with the ambiance of luxury. The water feature wall with the glass tile really makes this design come to life.

What are your favorite design elements? What more trendy design decisions can be seen in this particular design?

I really love the water wall with the tropical landscape and upgraded glass tile. This makes the design feel like a resort and that is what I like! This pool has the very popular travertine decking which is trending now in a variety of colors.

All pools are unique regardless of the design preference. Each backyard will determine the flow of the design and each design will have it’s own style. Take some time to research our website and visit our YouTube page to learn more about what you like.

Anything else about this design you’d like to highlight?

The spa and landscape of this concept really bring the whole project full circle. Designing a pool is about seeing the big picture. When a designer can show the customer the whole yard as a finished product it really brings imagination to life!

Arizona Pool Design - Freeform Modern Waterfall

Scottsdale Modern Concept

What was the family’s main goal for this pool? How was it accomplished?

This design is all about Arizona modern. The customer wanted something bold and simple at the same time. This design delivers both and will leave people amazed at the finished product!

What are your favorite design elements? What more trendy design decisions can be seen in this particular design?

I love the large fire place on the pool. This was the customer’s favorite part. Pools are starting to trend more modern in design using lots of upgraded materials that haven’t been as popular in the past.

What can someone starting the design process take from this design?

Pools can look amazing and have simple elegance. Sometimes less is more and this design really shows that off.

What was the family’s main goal for this pool? How was it accomplished?

The customer wanted the large outdoor TV to be the main focal point on this design. Everything was designed around this focal point.

What are your favorite design elements? What more trendy design decisions can be seen in this particular design?

I love the outdoor kitchen with the alumawood pergola. It’s a huge focal point for this backyard design. Alumawood is trending a lot on pool projects. It holds up against the weather and the pricing is very attractive.
